 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our PAP team as an Accounts Payable Officer (계약직 과장, 2년 근무 후 전환여부 결정).
 
 Job Description 

- Process transactions and queries relating to Inward and Outward payment processing, Electronic Transfers, Investigations & Verifications, Branch inquires, Inbound & Outbound calls to staff and third parties, Manual Payments in global standard program such as Fusion/HUB/HSBCNet and the reconciliation of accounts.

- Ensure assigned G/L accounting, processing, reconciliation and reporting are completed timely 

- Comply with relevant corporate policy, accounting standards or reporting requirements and standard process controls to ensure accuracy of Fusion system data and reported information.

- Ensure that third party invoice payments, staff expense payment and reconciliation transactions are processed accurately and that transactions are passed without defect

- Support to drive PO and invoice process compliance. 

- Support changes in behavior in order to enable move to standardized lower processing cost processes.

- Support to complete ad hoc Procurement operation tasks in collaboration with Procurement staff. 

- 1+ years proven experience in a payment or accounting related processing department, or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, management, analytical, customer service, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working and direct communication with Stakeholders, Business Units and third parties
- Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
- Working knowledge of accounting and processing systems and spreadsheet software applications preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
