Job Description
About the Role
MUFG Bank Seoul branch is seeking an trade service associate, preferably with experience in banking service or certificate related with Trade Finance.
Responsibilities
- Support new to trade client of MUFG and to onboard new trade client with bespoke solutions.
- Oversees end to end execution of trade transactions (handling trade queries, limit reservations etc).
- Management of account receivables purchase for clients.
- GCMS PLUS Support and ISO 20022 migration support
- Deliver extraordinary service to customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectation
- Complete checklists in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
- Develop recommendations for continuous improvement on work efficiency and support implementation.
- Work in partnership with Front Offices to collect information and clarify transaction requests specifically for export trade finance.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- General understanding of Trade Finance
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Preffered owning Trade Finance certificate
- Patience, strong will to learn and adapt
