The incumbent performs a wide variety of work related to facilities maintenance and repair such as excavation work, job site cleaning, painting preparation and application work, and miscellaneous work assigned by the Shop Foremen or Facility Supervisor.  Assist skilled technical personnel by delivering tools, cleaning the working area, excavating for projects or piping repairs, shampooing carpet, mixing cement and mortar, and moving masonry and other materials to the job site.  Perform other duties as assigned. Direct supervision is received from Facility Supervisor.  Performs other duties as needed.

Experience: Minimum one year of miscellaneous work experience in facility maintenance or construction industry is required. 

Language: This may be testedLevel I (Rudimentary knowledge) speaking in English and Level II Speaking and Reading (Limited Knowledge) in Korean is required.  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take an English language test unless official English language test scores (TOEIC scores of at least 215) are submitted with application.

Skills And Abilities: Must be able to use simple facility tools and equipment; must be adaptable to changing work conditions; ability to lift heavy tools, equipment, and materials; Must have held a driver’s license for a minimum of five (5) years.  Must have valid, current driver’s license for the class II (regular) of vehicle(s).

Education Requirements: Completion of primary school is required.
