Job Title: Global Social Media Specialist - 3CE Global Social Media team

[JOB SUMMARY]

Global social media specialist manages brand social media accounts, creating engaging visual/video content, analyzing performance, researching trends, and collaborating with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns for 3CE Global team.

[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 

• Manage and operate brand social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and create visual/video content (from ideation to production and editing)
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
• Research trends and generate engaging content ideas
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns via social channels

[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

• Bachelor’s degree in visual design, Communication Design, or related field
• +1-6 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or the beauty industry
• Hands-on experience in content creation: planning, shooting, and editing
• Proven experience in managing social media accounts (brand or personal IP)
• Fluent in both Korean and English (Chinese: Nice to have)
• Proficient in content creation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
