주요업무내용

• Prepare reports, files and documents in support of the Residential Underwriting team function
• Review residential mortgage applications: perform credit assessment, communicate with branch/relationship managers and prepare analysis opinion
• Review and analyze appraisal reports
• Recommend decision on residential mortgage applications to approval authority
• Review and request approval for registration of new appraisal company or mortgage brokerage
• Register residential mortgage application in the Bank’s core banking system
• Instruct relevant department to process legal document and to send instructions to solicitors
• Other duties as required by Department
