- Responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure & applications and accountable for smooth running of computer, network, and relevant matters

- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, security devices

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Understanding general IT systems (communication infrastructure such as server, VPN, router, hub, bridge, and security such as firewall, etc.)

- IT-related problem-solving skills

- Responding to IT issues in a timely manner by working with the head office and external partners

- Providing guidance to IT requirements (e.g., installing equipment or networks)

- Reviewing and conducting system security and IT-related policies

- Reporting to head office and regulatory authorities as and when information or data is
required
