We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Sales Specialist to support promotional campaigns, sales operations, and merchandising initiatives. This role involves coordinating sales activities, assisting with reporting, ensuring seamless promotion execution and managing post-promotion operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills, sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate across teams to support ecommerce growth.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate promotional campaign projects, product launches, and seasonal sales events
• Monitor ongoing promotions and take necessary actions by communicating with the right stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Oversee and execute merchandising initiatives, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance product categorization, site navigation, and merchandising optimization
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine ecommerce sales strategies and benchmark industry best practices
• Assist in sales performance tracking, analyzing KPIs, conversion rates, and sales data to identify optimization opportunities
• Create copy and creative assets for eCRM communications to support promotional and sales initiatives
• Manage post-promotion operations, including order processing and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to customers
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice clearance, coordinating payments and reconciliations as needed
• Support in preparing necessary documents and processes, including but not limited to promotional calendars, website content planning, business updates, sales reports, performance summaries
