WORK DUTIES

1. Activities and obligations arising from professional specialisation

1.   In cooperation with CzechInvest´s foreign offices directors and sector specialists:

- business development and promotion of the Czech Republic worldwide

- setting up investment promotion strategy and leads generation
- managing investment projects and campaigns
- presenting investment opportunities in the Czech Republic to potential stakeholders
- organization of various marketing events, road-shows, round tables, etc.

- analytical work and translations
- comprehensive investors’ assistance
- business culture consultancy in specific territories

2. General activities and obligations of the employee   
   1. Ensure fluid communication and cooperation within the organisation and regularly inform superiors about the employee’s activities.
   2. Within the employee’s work activities, proceed in accordance with the relevant internal regulations and manuals.
   3. Be responsible for the completeness and correctness of administrative activities in connection with the employee’s activities – timely issuance of travel orders and administration of attendance sheets, calendars in Outlook, etc.
   4. Participate in regular meetings and fulfil tasks assigned in such meetings.
   5. Fulfil ad-hoc tasks assigned by the employee’s superiors.                     
   6. Maintain the economic efficiency and security of the organisation’s assets.
