MUFG Bank Seoul Branch is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Foreign Exchange (FX) trading team as a Junior FX Trader. In this role, you will support senior traders, manage FX positions, and execute trades while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage FX option book and support Rates derivatives book as a junior trader
2. Price, execute and hedge Option/Rates products to internal and external clients
3. Support FX spot, forward position management
4. Maximize profitability by taking appropriate market risk while complying with the risk limits and product mandates
5. Ensure compliance with abiding by regulatory policies, standards and business principles
6. Driven to develop strong capability in FX/Derivatives of G10 and Asian CCYs
7. Make relevant reports to regional head office/risk control department
8. Manage operational and administrative tasks of trading group

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree, degree in economics, mathematics and finance preferred
2. University graduate or a few years of experience in the related field
3. Understanding of FX/Derivatives and strong quantitative proficiency
4. Superb team player, team focused and willing to be part of a team culture
5. Healthy risk appetite and fast decision-making ability
6. Ability to work under stressful and time critical conditions
7. Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail in aspects of work product
8. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
9. CFA/FRM holder preferred
