Job Description
- Manage the overall eCommerce business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing and fulfilment through the OMS on SFCC/SFSC.
- Oversee eCommerce P&L and budgeting, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with Retail and Merchandising teams to monitor key category inventory, maintain appropriate stock levels, and set caps to support sales performance.
- Provide insights and business strategies and offering a clear understanding of key performance indicators to ensure that revenue goals are met, brand integrity is protected, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Actively cooperate cross-functionally to propose omnichannel actions when needed, supporting the growth of the online business and total business development.
- Coordinate the procurement and management of seasonal special packaging, ensuring timely delivery to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, Naver, Kakao), ensuring alignment with seasonal marketing assets to drive traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure efficient use of the budget and resources, adjusting strategies based on seasonal trends and sales performance.
- Oversee website management, ensuring seasonal updates for PLP (Product Listing Pages) align with product assortments and marketing campaigns.
- Regularly review website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the customer journey and engagement.
- Work closely with external agencies to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, and HQ teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Manage and execute digital projects in collaboration with HQ to ensure timely and successful implementation.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing eCommerce operations and performance marketing in a B2C environment, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and online sales channels.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (SFCC experience preferred) and web analytics tools (google analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
