Job Summary__________________________________________________________________________ The Risk Administrator (Analyst) manages the administrative aspects of risk management, including overseeing risk-related documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance and monitoring risk exposure. This role coordinate with various departments, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for senior management, all while applying strong organizational skills and a thorough understanding or risk management principles. Responsibilities and Duties ______________________________________________________________ Assist in preparing and consolidating reports including the Quarterly Risk Oversight Report, Regulatory Compliance Review, and mid-Long-Term Strategy Deck. Coordinate the Committee meetings, including but not limited to the Risk Management Steering Committee, Allowance Committee, Loan Adjudication Committee, and Loan Review Committee. Communicate with the parent bank regarding risk-related business matters and obtain approvals from the board and its subcommittees. Translate official documents, guidelines, and emails for communication with the parent bank. Prepare reports including Monthly Risk Dashboard, Exposure by Industry, Quarterly Risk Performance, and Adhoc reports requested by Parent Bank. Oversee administrative duties such as Monthly Attendance, Internal Control Checklist, Clean Desk, Document Security, consolidation of weekly reports, User Access List, and communication of System Updates etc. Analyze risk data and trends to evaluate the bank’s risk exposure and vulnerability. Report any discrepancies or areas of non-compliance to senior management. Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts on the bank’s operations and financial stability. Work closely with various departments including Compliance and Audit to ensure integrated risk management practices and effective communication. Organize risk management documentation including policy manuals, reports and compliance records. Perform other duties as assigned.
