Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will support the Corporate Digital Team to manage SFMC platform and build data-driven eCRM campaigns for LG Canada.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an SFMC Administrator you will bring considerable technical and product expertise to deliver effective solutions for LG Canada Digital marketing team.
Build end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to drive LG Canada’s eCRM strategy.
Own email subscriber audience list management and data hygiene within SFMC.
Participate in QA and reporting on email performance and customer data.
Support digital team and content agency with leveraging Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Mobile Push, Data Extensions, Data Views, Automations, Marketing Cloud Connect, automations, SQL queries, Journey Builder, Preference Center, Audience Management and Segmentation, Tracking and Reporting.
Deep understanding, experience, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve, SFMC API or Automation
Support content agency and digital teams to leverage audience builder and data designer to drive eCRM marketing strategy.
Work with media agency to integrate GA and salesforce platform to leverage audience modelling data to drive digital paid display & social campaigns.
In-depth understanding of working with web collect forms and data extension integration.
Working knowledge and experience with integrating Salesforce CDP, Commerce Cloud, Datorama.
Implement best practices on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, data structure, API and broader implementation best practices, lead implementation reviews and advise on performance tuning.
Work with local and HQ teams to monitor and manage data safety check audits for the platform.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform Administration. (User Profiles, Platform Management).
Liaise with content agency of record to build eCRM strategy.
Work with LG HQ teams to manage governance of the platform and PII data safety checks.
