About the Team: Strategy & Partnerships
The Strategy & Partnerships (SP) Team acts as the growth engine of AMCHAM. We operate at the intersection of strategic design and high-level execution, supporting the Chairman & CEO in driving initiatives that shape the business and policy landscape for premium member companies.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Seoul. As a member of SP Team, you will help transform market insights and premium member needs into actionable programs. Our portfolio includes high-impact initiatives such as the AMCHAM Alliance Awards, K-Doorknock, “Doing Business” Series (Navigating Executive Risks of Doing Business in Korea/U.S.), and AMCHAM Academy.
Additionally, we oversee the strategic and operation of 27 AMCHAM committees, supporting nearly 60 co-chairs to share insights and drive forward-looking discussion on timely industry issues or role-specific issues.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong corporate training who is comfortable operating as a key contributor within a small, high-performing team. You will support executive-level initiatives through rigorous research, structured analysis, and high-quality written deliverables, while ensuring operational excellence across programs and committee activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Committee Ecosystem & Stakeholder Management
- Support the strategic planning and operational management of 27 AMCHAM committees
- Oversee end-to-end meeting logistics, including scheduling, RSVP management, venue coordination,
materials preparation, and on-site execution
- Prepare meeting materials and post-meeting documentation
- Maintain professional working relationships with committee co-chairs, member executives and internal
cross-functional teams
2. Strategic Initiatives Support
- Support the planning and execution of Chairman & CEO-approved initiatives aligned with AMCHAM’s
long-term vision.
- Conduct structured research and analysis to prepare briefing materials, concept papers, and executive
summaries in both English and Korean
- Develop high-quality presentation materials and reports for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and professional delivery
3. Analytical & Process Excellence
- Track engagement metrics and program KPIs related to committee performance and initiative success.
- Contribute to post-program evaluations and structured internal debriefs
- Help refine documentation, workflows, and institutional knowledge management processes
