The Housing Assistant provides critical quality control and customer service to U.S. Embassy Seoul. The incumbent reports directly to the Realty and Leasing Supervisor. The incumbent assists with the regular operations of the real property portfolio, which includes over 200 residences. As the primary customer service representative for the Housing Section, the Realty Assistant communicates with embassy personnel at all levels to ensure that housing operations run smoothly and that houses meet U.S. standards. The incumbent plays an essential role to coordinate the preparation and remediation of houses for occupancy, to track arrivals and departures, maintain accurate records, and comply with U.S. regulations. The position will also perform other duties as assigned.
