Job Title: Market Entry Project Manager 
Reports to: Market Entry Dpt. Leader PM 

Situation in Organization : The Market Entry Project Manager reports to the Leader PM of the Business Development Department and works closely with internal teams and external partners to support French and Korean companies in their market entry initiatives. 

Context and Environment 

• The FKCCI plays a strategic role in supporting France–Korea economic relations, promoting the economic image of both countries, and fostering bilateral trade and investment. 

• Close cooperation with the French institutional ecosystem in Korea, including the Embassy of France, Business France, and French Foreign Trade Advisors. 

• Regular interaction with the wider business ecosystem, including other foreign chambers of commerce, Korean public authorities, and key economic stakeholders. 

• The FKCCI operates in a context of strong recent growth, with an ambition to further strengthen its impact and services. 

Positioning & Seniority Level 

• This position is open to junior to senior profiles, depending on experience and competencies.
• The scope of responsibilities, level of autonomy, and project complexity will vary according to seniority.
• Senior profiles are expected to manage projects autonomously and contribute to strategic discussions within the Business Development Department. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Conduct market research and sector analysis to support market entry strategies.
• Identify and qualify potential partners, clients, or business opportunities in France and Korea.
• Support business development activities, including prospecting, client follow-up, and promotion of FKCCI services.
• Contribute to the organization of trade missions, B2B meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
• Monitor France–Korea trade developments, market trends, and regulatory changes, and share relevant insights internally.
• Work closely with internal departments (communication, events, administration) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Any other duties as requested by the management. 

Accountabilities 

• Deliver high-quality market analysis to support French and Korean companies’ market entry projects. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners, acting as a professional ambassador of the FKCCI. 

• Organize and follow up on B2B meetings, trade events, and related business development initiatives. 

• Report market insights and project progress to management through clear and structured weekly reporting. 

• Ensure full compliance with FKCCI rules, procedures, and internal standards. 

Qualifications/Experience Required 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. 

Experience: Previous experience in commercial or business development activities is a strong asset. 

Skills: 

• Korean national with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and French.
• Proficiency of English is an asset.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
• Outstanding multitasking and time management abilities.
• Interest in business development and customer engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a bicultural and international business environment.
• Strong sense of organization, reporting, and follow-up.
