Job Opening for Domestic Helper Position in Seoul

A high-ranking diplomat posted in Seoul, Korea is looking for a full-time, live-in Housekeeper to work at his official residence as below:

Responsibilities:

• House cleaning
• Laundry, ironing and small mending
• Assisting in the Kitchen as needed in dish washing and minimum food preparations and serving at the table
• Answering telephone calls
• Receiving guests to the residence
• Other duties as assigned by the employer.

Requirements:

Two years of experience cleaning, cooking, serving, and/or receiving guests for an American family.  Basic English language skills are required.

Salary determination will be based on skills and qualifications of selected candidate.  If the individual selected is not a current resident of Korea, the initial cost of travel to Korea from the current country of residence will be provided by the employer.  After each year of service, one round trip between Seoul and the employee’s homeland will be paid.  One room at the residence, uniforms and shoes will also be provided.
