Economics, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Public Policy, International Trade and Finance, Law.

Excellent writing skills and ability to develop messages for a variety of audiences.

Ability to carry out research, draft methodological and analytical papers, as well as briefing notes, brochures and meeting summaries.

Science, Technology and Innovation Policy

[STI]

Economics, Innovation and Technology, Law, Public Policy.

Coursework in Economics required; Coursework in Science, Technology and Innovation Topics preferred.

Ability to carry out research and distill complex economic analysis into policy-focused messages for different audiences.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and to work on different projects with varying timelines.

Knowledge of substantive policy issues under the remit of STI would be an advantage.

Global Relations Secretariat [GRS]

Economics, Economic Development, Public Policy or International Relations.

Course work in Economics and/or International Relations required.

Ability to carry out research, draft methodological and analytical papers, as well as briefing notes, brochures and meeting summaries.

Ability to work on different projects with varying timelines.

Knowledge of or experience working with one of GRS’ partner countries would be a distinct advantage.

Hybrid Nuclear Energy Systems [NEA]

Engineering, Economics, Environmental Science, Public Policy.

Course work in Economics and Quantitative Analysis required.

Data analysis and quantitative skills (experience with Excel) would be a distinct advantage.

Ability to synthesize and condense complex information into key relevant messages.

Environment Performance and Information [ENV]

Economics, Environmental Science and Policy, Public Policy.

Course work in Economics and Quantitative Analysis required; Courses in Natural Resource Management, including Energy preferred.

Data analysis and quantitative skills (experience with Excel, Stata, Eviews, or R) would be a distinct advantage.

Ability to carry out research, draft methodological and analytical papers, as well as briefing notes, brochures and meeting summaries.

The Future of Work [ELS]

Economics, Public Policy, Law, Statistics or Computer Science.

Course work in Quantitative Analysis is required.

If your undergraduate degree is in law, course work related to Labour Law or Industrial Relations would be an advantage.

Data analysis and quantitative skills including work with Excel required. Experience with Stata, SPSS, SAS, R or Python (or another statistical package) would be a distinct advantage.

Good drafting skills.

Structural Reform Priorities - Going for Growth Workstream [ECO]

Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods or similar.

Course work in economics and quantitative analysis required.

Strong statistical and quantitative skills; good knowledge of econometric tools would be an asset.

Keen interest in and good understanding of global and national structural reform related issues.

OECD Development Co-operation Report: Annual Flagship [DCD]

Economics, Political Science and/or International Relations.

Relevant course work includes Multidimensional Development Studies, Public Policy, Statistical Analysis, Research Methodology.

Excellent writing and listening skills.

Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Strong team player and works well with others.

Data and Empirical Analysis of the Tax Challenges Arising from the Digitalisation of the Economy [CTP]

Economics or a related field with a strong emphasis on Quantitative Analysis.

Course work in Micro- and Macro-Economics as well as Econometrics is required, Course work in Taxation and Public Finance is preferred.

Data management, analysis and programming skills are required, including experience with statistical software packages such as Stata or R.

Climate Finance in Cities and Regions

[CFE]

Public Finance, Economics, Public Policy, Geography, Political Sciences, Statistics or Econometrics

Data analysis and quantitative skills including work with Excel required. Experience with Stata or a similar statistical software would be a distinct advantage.
