[Embassy] Assistant to Commercial Counselor
Job Description
You daily duties will be:
- Interpreting during the meetings with Korean authorities, business entities, other
- Helping in presenting Lithuanian industries in Korean and in organizing business missions and participation in exhibitions, fairs, meetings, conferences etc.
- Translating letters, e-mails, etc. into / from Korean / English
- Assisting in negotiations
- Researching, analyzing and summarizing information related to business in different sectors
- Helping with daily tasks
Job Requirements
Here's what you'll bring to the table:
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with exceptional skills in speaking and writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A self-starter mentality and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bonus points for having a solid understanding of commercial and trade-related matters, previous experience and contacts in the field!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
