Approved and funded for the specific purpose of preventing fraud in H (temporary worker/trainee) and L (intracompany transferee) nonimmigrant visa (NIV) cases, the position will be responsible for prescreening of H, L, and other petition-based NIV cases, prescreening and follow-up interviews with certain applicants, coordination with the Fraud Prevention Unit (FPU) and the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), drafting memoranda to accompany returned petitions, and working with FPU on H, L, and other petition-based NIV fraud patterns and staff training.  Performs other consular duties as needed. 
 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience involving the application of regulations and law, extensive public contact, customer service, or problem-solving experience is required.

Education Requirements: Completion of two years of college or university is required.

Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Korean is required.  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an English language testing unless an official English language test scores (TOEIC scores of at least 945/ TOEFL scores of at least 95) are submitted with application.
