[Management Accounting]
• Support month-end and accumulative closing process
• Review & Monitor project financial budget
• Manage WIP, Billing, Accounts Receivables
• Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions
• Manage and update finance master data
[FP&A]
• Financial Plan for the company and each P&L unit per month/year, short, mid, and long term
• Prepare Short, Mid & Long-term plans in accordance with business strategy and company objectives
• Provide guideline on proper target and earnings
• Provide detailed monthly analysis of actual and forecast
• Provide detailed monthly analysis of cost & analysis of main variances
• Monitor company pipeline status and forecast financial impact
• Measure & analyze the overall KPIs of Company financial targets on a regular basis
• Provide and analyze detailed KPI results
[Internal Control]
• Pro-actively provide guidelines and user training for SAP and CRM system
• Implement new internal procedures as necessary
