This position will suit a dynamic, proactive, and creative individual. You will play a leading role deepening and broadening the UK’s trade relationship with Korea. Working to the ESS Senior Market Advisor for Korea, you will provide expert advice for British SMEs. Working quickly you will understand clients’ needs, undertake desk research to gather market information, leverage a wide network of partners, organisations and local companies to make relevant introductions.

3. ORN service providers
You will, with support from the ESS Hub team, manage and expand the local Overseas Referral Network (ORN). The ORN is composed of commercial service providers for advice and expertise, including legal firms, accountants, and consulting firms. Your role is to source new service providers, meet with them to assess capabilities, and monitor our clients satisfaction with the service provided by the ORN.
4. North East Asia regional support
Support Taiwan and Japan in enquiry CRM management and first response when Senior Market Advisors are unavailable. This will NOT require enquiry or client management for Taiwan and Japan, but will support the office in managing CRM (i.e. client call booking, updating Data Hub), feedback survey, UK-facing marketing events and internal documentations.
