Working in the Facility Management section of the Embassy, the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Worker carries out maintenance and repair work to all mission buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties. Performs other duties as needed. 

EXPERIENCE:  A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC systems is required.   

Education Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School is required.

LANGUAGE: Level II (Limited knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English and Level III (Good working knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing Korean is required.  Shortlisted applicants will be invited to take an English language test unless official English language test scores (TOEIC scores of at least 225/ TOEFL scores of at least 42) are submitted with application.  

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A valid driver's license is required.  Must be able to demonstrate electrical circuit and/or control diagram as well as HVAC chilling/heating coil maintenance.
