Manage the day-to-day operations including the provision of superior customer service, reporting, budgeting, planning, marketing and team management Manage pastoral care matters and critical incidents, referring residents to community Recruit, manage and develop a team of high performing employees. Ongoing property management of the apartments (inspections & maintenance requests) Build and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group ( schools, agents, host families and contractors) Ensure compliance to the Operating agreement and retention of customer Manage and exceed the financial performance Be a member of the first response team and attend to critical incidents outside of office hours Additional hours may be required for urgent or emergency matters
