We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an ALCM Manager(Asset Liability capital manager,부본부장급)

 

1. Monitor treasury metrics (LCR, ILM, NSFR) against the limits with regards to ALCM FIM and group guidance and analysis of the metrics changes and forecasts 
2. Support the Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA) and local risk appetite review processes to establish proper ALCM related risk appetites for HSBC Korea. 
3. Support the annual policy review processes. (e.g. Contingency Funding Plan (CFP), Fund Transfer Pricing(FTP) including behaviouralization policy.) 
4. Preparation of ALCO meeting pack and minutes and support any escalation of Finance area or businesses to the ALCO 
5. Review and oversight of IRRBB related reports Produce ALCM components of consolidated MI to deliver insightful ALCM analysis to the business, build the necessary MI tools and produce reports to be used by management 
6. Provide input to the capital funding plan, prepare net interest income metrics for each business line for senior management 
7. Support the business through communication of all regulatory parameters in place across liquidity, capital and interest rate risk 
8. Support any ALCM related projects (eg. ILM changes)

1. Strong knowledge on banking products, balance sheets and liquidity management framework 
2. Strong financial skills or experiences with an ability to identify key business drivers. 
3. Working experience in Finance or relevant area over 7 years 
4. Strong problem solving ability and analysis skill are mandatory 
5. Able to manage effective relationships with other stakeholders 
6. Strong communication skill in both Korean and English
