The job holder is responsible to 

Technology Programme Management Office (TPMO) roles work in projects of a variety of sizes, which are single or multiple work stream, have country or global dimension, and be of both narrow and broad scope. The principal responsibility of the PMO role is to support the Technology Programme Management Office to deliver project monitoring, governance and reporting activities.

- Bachelor Degree majoring Computer Science or related, or having any professional certificate
- Good command in MS Office packages, especially in MS Excel
- Good communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience Project management, including project documentation, process documents and information sources
- Understanding of service management techniques, including change management and incident management
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Written and Spoken English required
