[Bain & Company] Coordinator, Recruiting (채용팀)

Job Description

Coordinator, Recruiting is responsible for providing support to the strategic design, development, management, and execution of recruiting efforts for MBA recruiting and Experienced hire recruiting in Bain Seoul office. This role involves working closely with Senior Specialist, recruiting to drive creation and execution of the strategy for MBA hires and Experienced hires into the Seoul office.

Key Responsibilities

1. MBA Recruiting

  1. Assist in the planning and execution of MBA recruiting for Seoul office
  2. Coordinate logistics for the high impact marketing events and recruiting activities such as presentations, 1:1 coffee chats, webinars, dinners and etc. Schedule, reserve space and manage logistics of the events, and arrange for any catering services if needed. Manage the communication with internal/external participants as well as communicate details with recruiting team and update the event feedback
  3. Provide support to offeree closing efforts. Assist in planning MBA offeree events, support global offeree events, interact with offerees/students, and collect/provide competitor intelligence if needed.
  4. Coordinate the summer internship program, including all marketing efforts, scheduling mid-term review/final presentation, developing summer calendar, coordinating training, and organizing social events.

2. Experienced hire recruiting

  1. Work with the Senior Specialist and Recruiting leadership to develop a pipeline of industry recruits for the Seoul office
  2. Support all industry/off-cycle hiring efforts, including general application screening/management, referral tracking, proactive sourcing, communicating with candidates, etc.

3. General recruiting responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the candidate selection process. Review and screen candidate resumes with Recruiting leadership members. Set up interview schedules, select interviewers, run debriefing meetings, determine next step decisions, and manage the communication of dispositions candidates. sending confirmations, creating recruit folders, and Bain interviewer packet using Bain’s internal recruiting system
  2. Utilize Recruiting system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely and accurate manner. Update/maintain trackers, Excel files, Power Point presentations. Develop extensive facility with the tool and become a resource for other team members

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Personal Attributes
 

  1. Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required
  2. Minimum 2 years of work experience is required. And recruiting experience for a consulting or other professional services firm is strongly preferred
  3. Results oriented with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal,) project and people management skills
  5. Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals at all levels of the organization
  6. Ability to represent Bain to prospective candidates and interact with senior Bain management and school contacts
  7. Ability to deal appropriately with high-confidential information in a professional/mature manner
  8. Strong analytical skills (Excel skills will be tested.)
  9. Strong team player, collaborative and flexible
