Since the acquisition, the Company has increased its annual turnover to 117 Billion KRW in 2022.  BAKEPLUS has been supplying the best domestic and global products specialized in confectionery and baking ingredients and distributing the products to various channels from bakery & pastry shops to chain bakeries to high-end hotels to wholesalers and to key accounts such as CJ Foodville, A Twosome Place and Starbucks.

SAVENCIA FROMAGE & DAIRY is producing and selling representative products, CAPRICE des DIEUX, which has sold more than 3 billion units for nearly 70 years. Other SAVENCIA’s global brands include ILE DE FRANCE in retail cheese and VALRHONA in gourmet chocolate segments.

The main responsibilities of FP&A Controller:

FP&A Controller is mainly responsible for the analysis of actual results and management of budgeting and forecasting cycles

• Drive the Forecasting cycles (Budgets, Estimates and Long-Term Plan)
• Support commercial decisions based on the detailed analysis of product performance by SKU(stock keeping unit)
• Actively participate in the monthly closing for Intercompany transactions
• Work with the other functions to report, track and be on the top of the financial performance
• Gap analysis and recovery or remedial actions
• Capex of the Company
• Ad-hoc analysis to support CoDir / General Management in decisions process

Reporting to:

CFO Korea

Qualifications:

• University degree specialized in Accounting or Business Administration
• UK CA, US CPA or US CMA credentials is a plus
• Minimum two years of professional experiences in similar fields (experience in Finance Controlling is a plus)
• SAP or Oracle ERP experiences is not a must but preferred
• Able to grasp on the complex business issues, set up key assumptions and develop simulations and analyze (R&O) implications to business
• Advanced Excel skills and good level of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Autonomous, rigorous and flexible to drive improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Accountability/Team player with a "hands-on" mentality
• Good communication skills with capability of handling conflicts openly and solution-oriented
• Languages required:  English proficient / French plus
