About the Role:
As a member of Transaction Banking department, you will be supporting trade clients of MUFG to onboard new trade client with bespoke solutions and taking General Trader Services team's role engaged with Trasaction Banking Office of Asia. You will be also supporting incoming calls and e-mail queries for COMSUITE.

What You will be doing:

• Shape practical knowledge of general banking process related to the GCMs PLUS not limited to the team members but also to the coverage partners for better working environment
• To form the manuals to reduce any incidents or exceptional cases
• Simplify the operation process and improve the end-to-end operational efficiencies of products managed to either streamline internal process
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders both within MUFG and external customers
• Work in partnership with various department such as Corporate Banking and other Operations department to understand the entire operations flows
• Deliver extraordinary service to customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations
• Work in partnership with Front Offices to collect information and clarify transaction reqeusts specifically for export trade finance
• Prepare monthly reports of customer outstanding and negotiation list
• Process all daily export transactions in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
• Complete checklists in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation

• Working experience in banking/financial industry is preferred

• 3~4 years of job experience in related field is highly preferred
• Patience, strong will to learn and adapt
