민간파트너십팀 디지털 및 Direct Response TV모금 콘텐츠 담당 직원 채용 공고

유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 민간파트너십 프로그램의 장기 성장 계획에 따라 다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 디지털 및 Direct Response TV (DRTV) 모금 업무 담당 콘텐츠 직원을 모집합니다. 

I. 업무개요  

유엔난민기구 한국대표부 민간파트너십팀 내 디지털 및 DRTV모금 콘텐츠 담당 직원은 신규 후원자 개발 및 모금 목표 달성을 위한 콘텐츠 개발 및 운영을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다. 

II. 담당업무

유엔난민기구 한국대표부 민간파트너십팀의 일원으로, 디지털 및 DRTV모금 담당 매니저의 감독 하에 다음의 업무를 수행합니다.

디지털 및 DRTV 모금 콘텐츠 제작 및 관리

1. 디지털 및 DRTV 모금 콘텐츠 전략의 수립과 실행, 운영 지원

2. 디지털 캠페인 페이지, 소셜 미디어, 디지털 및 DRTV 광고 크리에이티브와 캠페인 홍보물 등의 개발 및 제작 지원

3. 디지털 및 DRTV 콘텐츠 미디어 자산 (사진, 비디오 등) 관리 지원

4. 디지털 및 DRTV 캠페인과 관련 타 유닛과 협업 및 지원

디지털 및 DRTV 모금 콘텐츠 성과 분석 및 리포팅

1. 디지털 및 DRTV 모금 콘텐츠의 성과 모니터링과 마켓 트랜드 분석 지원

2. 구글 애널리틱스, 구글 태그 매니저 등과 같은 분석 툴을 통해 콘텐츠 별 성과 분석 리포트 작성 및 보고 지원

3. 디지털 및 DRTV 콘텐츠 성과 관리를 위한 데이터베이스 구축 지원

디지털 및 DRTV 모금 마케팅

1. 디지털 및 DRTV 모금 전략 및 연간 계획 수립 및 실행 지원   

2. 디지털 및 DRTV모금 캠페인 활동을 위한 모든 유형의 미디어 광고 집행 지원  

3. 신규 디지털/소셜 미디어 채널 및 디지털 모금 플랫폼 조사 및 제안

대행사, 파트너십 및 협업 관리  

1. 광고 대행사, 미디어 대행사, 웹 개발 대행사 등 파트너 및 공급업체와 협력

2. 업무에 수반되는 행정/계약/지불 업무 지원  

기타 요구되는 업무 수행

III. 응시자격 

1) 응시자격

1. 마케팅 (디지털/웹 마케팅), 광고, 커뮤니케이션 관련 전공 또는 기타 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 우대

2. 해당 분야의 학사 학위가 없는 경우, 1년 이상의 관련 분야 경력 소지자

3. 디지털 콘텐츠/웹 플랫폼/대행사/소셜미디어/비영리단체 경험자 우대

2) 핵심역량

1. 디지털 마케팅/서포터즈 캠페인 진행 경험

2. 마케팅 프로그램 집행을 통한 모금 또는 매출 생성 경험

3. 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 경험 (페이스북, 동영상, 블로그 등)

4. 우수한 카피라이팅 및 글 편집 능력

5. 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 (파워포인트, 엑셀, 포토샵, 프리미어 등) 사용 가능자

6. 영어에 능통한 자 (작문 및 구술)

7. 인도주의적 활동 또는 국제기구 활동에 관심이 많은 자

IV. 계약 기간

6개월 수습기간 후, 업무 성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

V. 채용 일정

1. 서류 접수: 2023년 11월 8일(수) - 11월 21일 (화)

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표: 2023년 11월27일(월) - 12월 1일(금)

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2023년 12월 4일(월) ? 12월 8일 (금)

5. 첫 출근 예정일: 2024년 1월 중

Vacancy Notice for the Position of PSP IG Clerk (Multi Channel)

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for the position of PSP IG Clerk (Multi Channel) in line with the long-term growth plan of the private sector fundraising program.

I. Summary of Position   

This position will assist the PSP IG Associate (Digital & Direct Response TV Fundraising) in achieving the fundraising goals by supporting the development of digital and DRTV fundraising content to generate income, in addition to promoting strategies to reach a new audience through various Digital & TV media platforms and channels to expand its donor base.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Digital and DRTV Fundraising Content Production and Management

1. Assist to set up and maintain UNHCR Korea’s Digital and DRTV fundraising content marketing strategy including its website, digital/social platforms, and TV media aligned with UNHCR Korea’s fundraising goals to acquire new donors.

2. Assist to develop and produce all types of Digital and DRTV fundraising content and campaigns, including digital paid ads creatives (e.g., display banners, video clips, search ad copies), DRTV advertising creatives, and collateral materials.

3. Archive UNHCR Korea’s Digital and DRTV fundraising assets including photos and videos.

4. Support other units with Digital and DRTV fundraising campaign elements where required.

Digital and DRTV Fundraising Content Performance Analysis & Reporting

1. Monitor performances of all Digital and DRTV fundraising content activities as well as related market trends.

2. Provide performance analysis reports on Digital and DRTV fundraising content results regularly and on an ad-hoc basis, when needs arise, utilizing analytic tools such as Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager.

3. Assist to develop and maintain the content database to provide data-driven marketing.

Digital and DRTV Fundraising Marketing

1. Assist to plan, develop, and execute Digital and DRTV fundraising strategies and annual plans.

2. Assist to implement all types of Digital and DRTV fundraising campaign activities including Display Advertising (DA) / Social media Advertising / Search Engine Marketing (SEM)/Traditional TV and cross-media marketing.

3. Research, identify, and run any new digital fundraising platforms/channels and micro-donation sites.    

Partnership and Supplier Management

1. Work with various partners, media agencies, and suppliers for Digital and DRTV programmes.

2. Support administrative tasks including procurement, vendor contracting, and payments.

Perform other duties as required.

III. Required Qualifications  

1) Required Qualifications

1. Completion of a university degree in marketing, advertising, or communication preferred.

2. In lieu of degree, minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.

3. Previous work experience in digital content/media/ platform /agency / NPO would be preferred.

2) Key Competencies

1. Experience in delivering digital/social content marketing campaigns;

2. Experience in fundraising or income generation by marketing program implementation;

3. Experience in producing digital/online content (e.g., online ad campaigns, blogs, videos, Facebook, etc.).

4. Strong copywriting and editing skills

5. Knowledge of specific software including Microsoft Office software (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere);

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Korean and English;

7. Interested in humanitarian activities and international organizations.?

IV. Duration of Contract 

Six-month probationary period with a possibility to extend the contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance.

V. Recruitment Schedule

3.  Interview with tests: Monday, 4 December 2023 ~ Friday, 8 December 2023

5. Scheduled first working date: January 2024
