유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 개인후원자 (Individual Giving Program) 담당 직원을 모집합니다.

I.  업무개요 

민간파트너십팀 내 개인후원자 담당직원은 난민을 위한 기금 모금 프로그램의 새로운 성장 기회를 모색하고 후원자에게 만족스러운 경험을 제공하기 위한 프로그램 개발/운영을 지원하는 역할을 수행합니다.

II.  담당업무 

유엔난민기구 민간파트너십팀의 일원으로, 개인후원자 유닛 매니저의 감독 하에 다음의 업무를 수행합니다:

1. 홍보/모금 서비스를 제공하는 에이전시와 생산적이고 전문적인 관계 형성을 지원

2. 홍보/모금 활동가와 후원자에게 유엔난민기구의 활동, 전세계 난민 현황 등에 대한 교육 진행

3. 에이전시 프로그램의 성장 기회 모색

4. 에이전시 프로그램의 활동 결과 및 진행 상황에 대한 분석 및 보고

5. 홍보/모금 캠페인에 효과적인 자료 개발

6. 민간파트너십팀의 일원으로 유엔난민기구 민간모금 업무 지원

7. 후원자와 에이전시의 요청/문의 사항에 대한 신속 정확한 응대

8. 후원자와 에이전시 프로그램 행정 업무 지원        

III.  응시자격

1. 비즈니스, 경제학, 행정학, 마케팅 또는 커뮤니케이션 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자

2. 해당 분야의 학사 학위가 없는 경우, 1년 이상의 관련 분야 경력 소지자

3. 훌륭한 의사소통 능력

4. 원활한 대인 관계 능력

5. 분석능력, 의사 결정 및 업무 관리 능력

6. 우수한 듣기, 협상 및 프레젠테이션 기술

7. 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력

8. 새로운 시스템을 신속하게 학습하고 효율성 향상을 만들어 낼 수 있는 능력

9. 영어와 한국어의 유창한 구사능력 (서면 및 구두)

IV.  계약기간

6개월 수습 기간 후 업무성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

V.  채용 일정

1. 서류 접수: 2024년 1월 22일(월) ~ 2024년 2월 4일 (일)

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표 : 2024년 2월 19일 (월) ~ 2024년 2월 23일 (금)

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2024년 2월 26일 (월) ~ 2024년 3월 1일 (월) 

* 인터뷰 시, 영어테스트가 진행됩니다.     

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 2024년 3월 중

5. 첫 출근 예정일: 2024년 4월 초

Vacancy Notice for Position of Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (Donor Care)

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (Donor Care).

I.  Summary of Position

The Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant(Donor Care)  will be responsible for assisting in identification of new growth opportunities for the agency fundraising program as well as in developing and implementing donor service program for providing satisfactory experiences to donors of UNHCR Korea.

II.  Duties and Responsibilities 

The incumbent will perform the following duties:

1. Assists in establishing productive, professional relationships with agencies which provide fundraising services to UNHCR;

2. Provides presentations to agency fundraisers and donors on UNHCR issues and global refugee trends, etc.;

3.  Identifies and develops new growth opportunities for the agency fundraising programs;

4.  Analyze and communicates clearly the results and the progress of the agency programs;

5.  Design and develop campaign support materials effective for the agency fundraising programs;

6.  Provides management support for UNHCR’s Private Sector Partnerships work as a team member;

7.  Respond to inquiries and requests from donors and agencies in a professional manner;

8.  Perform necessary administrative work required for agencies as well as donor retention program.

III.  Required Qualifications

1. University degree in preferably Business, Economics, Secretary Administration, Marketing, or Communications

2. In lieu of degree, minimum 1 years of relevant work experience.

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Analytical, decision-making and management skills

6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

8. Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency  

9. Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken)

IV. Duration of Contract

Six-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance

V. Recruitment Schedule
