본 포지션은 한국 본부의 Marketing & Communication Team에 소속되어 글로벌 NGO로서 각국 WWF와 소통하며 WWF 다양한 활동을 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 디자인 업무 전반을 맡게 됩니다.

Department Goals

• Enhance WWF brand identity and raise brand awareness
• Increase an extensive pools of supporters and extend public engagement
• Gain more understanding amongst our target audiences towards WWF mission and conservation priorities

Major Functions/Objectives of the Position

Plan, research, create, develop and execute quality art and design layout solutions for digital content (social media, presentations, newsletters and eDMs) and publications design. Work in close relation with the Fundraising division to create and supports design materials for donors and potential donors 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Create exceptional and engaging supporter experiences that inspire action through innovative use of design.
• Design and produce creative assets for use across all digital channels, including social media, web, incorporating brand campaign IDs, hero art visuals, digital display, infographics, animations and motion graphics.
• Provides end-to-end graphic design solutions across print and promotional collateral.
• Develop supporter communications, including annual reports, newsletters, stakeholder communications, presentations and reports.
• Design engagement materials for donors and supporters  
• Engage with printers, freelance designers and agencies for the outsourcing of creative and production.
• Source and curate digital assets, including images, video, and graphics.

General tasks

• Close communication and collaboration with internal parties on design execution details and creative process
• Conduct administration works that are related to outsourcing projects

Qualifications & Experience 

Required:

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent education or comparable experience

Skills & competencies

Attitude

1 year Fixed term (following 3 months probationary period)

According to the fixed term review, extended contract can be offered.
