유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 후원자 개발 담당 직원을 모집합니다.

I.  업무개요 

후원자 개발 담당 직원은 기존 후원자 대상의 모금 프로그램 기획 및 실행을 통해 후원자의 참여와 생애가치를 증대 시키는 역할을 담당합니다.

II.  담당업무 

다음과 같은 담당업무를 수행합니다:

1. 아웃바운드콜 (증액, 후원 재개, 정기 전환 등) 프로그램의 전략과 목표를 수립하여 실행 계획을 세웁니다.

2. 콜에이전시의 성공적인 업무 수행을 위하여 교육을 진행하고 스크립트를 개발합니다.

3. 아웃바운드콜과 관련된 제반의 후원자 커뮤니케이션 메시지를 작성합니다.

4. 아웃바운드 콜프로그램의 성과를 분석하고, 필요시 전략을 수정하여 목표를 달성하도록 합니다.

5. 담당 프로그램에 대한 성과를 분석하고 신규 이니셔티브에 관한 제안을 합니다.

6. 기타 필요한 제반 업무를 수행합니다.

III.  응시자격

1. 마케팅, 커뮤니케이션, 경영 등 관련 분야 학위 취득 후 최소 1년 이상의 업무 경력 소지자

2. 해당 분야의 학사 학위가 없는 경우 최소 2년이상의 텔레마케팅, 후원자/고객 관리, 마케팅, 커뮤니케이션, 모금 관련 분야 경력 소지자

IV.  계약기간

6개월 수습 기간 후 업무성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

V.  채용 일정

1. 서류 접수: 2024년 4월 9일 (화) - 2024년 4월 22일 (월)

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표: 2024년 5월 6일 (월) - 2024년 5월 10일 (금)

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2024년 5월 13일 (월) - 2024년 5월 17일 (금) 

* 인터뷰 시, 테스트가 진행됩니다.     

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 2024년 5월 중

5. 첫 출근 예정일: 2024년 6월 중

Senior Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (Donor Development)

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Senior Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) Individual Giving (IG) Assistant (Donor Development).

I.  Summary of Position

This Senior PSP IG Assistant (Donor Development) is responsible for overall outbound telemarketing activities to enhance the donor engagement and support from the existing donors of UNHCR Korea.

II.  Duties and Responsibilities 

The incumbent will perform the following duties:

1. Assist in developing a strategic plan for the telemarketing program, setting clear objectives for upgrade calls, reactivation calls and conversion calls, including target metrics for success.

2. Manage telemarketing agencies, providing training on best practices, script development, and handling objections, ensuring a professional and effective donor engagement.

3. Create call scripts and other donor communication messages related to the outbound programs.

4. Monitor and analyze program performance, making adjustments to strategies and tactics to meet or exceed objectives.

5. Report regularly on program outcomes, insights gained, and recommendations for future initiatives.

6. Perform other duties as required.

III.  Required Qualifications

1. University degree in preferably Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience for high school diploma or minimum 1 year of experience for BA or

higher in telemarketing, donor/client management, marketing, communication, and/or fundraising.

IV. Duration of Contract

Six-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance

V. Recruitment Schedule

3. Interview with tests: Monday, 13 May 2024 - Friday, 17 May 2024

* Interview will include written test.

5. Scheduled first working date: June 2024

**The above recruitment schedule may be adjusted and if necessary, scheduled first working day may be negotiated for the selected candidate.
