ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) is hiring a Marketing Project Officer to support the ICC DRS Marketing and Promotion team on the planning, execution, and day-to-day delivery of targeted content strategy and narrative. 

The role 

The Project Officer will work with all members of the DRS Marketing and Business Development team and collaborate, as necessary, with other internal teams, including ICC Global Marketing and Communications and ICC Global Events to help achieve promotion and marketing objectives. 

• Create and produce online and offline targeted content and develop a consistent brand identity for ICC DRS to establish and maintain its online presence 
• Execute the ICC DRS web content strategy, content media and public relations and social media, in line with ICC values and ICC DRS messaging proposition 
• Promote ICC DRS activities externally and internally, in order to raise the profile of ICC DRS and increase the level of engagement with key stakeholders 

• Develop an effective content and communication plan 
• Plan, draft and deliver impactful content to engage a broad range of audiences and influence key stakeholders 
• Provide and optimise content for ICC social media channels and website  
• Maintain the editorial calendar and schedule all aspects of the creation and delivery of content 
• Deliver content marketing campaigns to agreed timescales and budgets 

• Support brand awareness for dispute resolution services and products, and online community building 
• Identify target audiences and key demographics, interests, and online behaviour 
• Keep abreast of trends, research and analyse competitor content, and marketing tactics 
• Develop and manage relationships with journalists, media partners and key stakeholders 
• Measure marketing campaign impact and exposure 

• Lead insights, analytics (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and growth opportunities, boost Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) rankings and improve Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) 
• Work effectively with colleagues across a global and cross-functional organisation structure 

Requirements 

• Degree level education ideally in marketing and communications or journalism  

• First successful working experience in a relevant field  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with full English fluency  
• Excellent knowledge of digital communications, social media and emerging digital platforms  
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, Cross-selling, sector trends  
• Experience in setting and delivering internal and external communications plans and content marketing campaigns 

• Experience in working with digital marketing software, tools, and methods with a focus on content and SEO and web traffic metrics, experience with Google and social channels analytics is desirable 
• Prior work experience in the legal services industry in a similar role will be considered an advantage 
• Excellent organisation and time management skills  
• Results-oriented and digital first approach 
• Works well independently and a generous team player
