The Corporate Procurement Associate is responsible for providing expert advice and facilitating corporate procurement of goods, works, services, and consulting services. This position will actively contribute to the preparation of reports, communications, and execution of procurement processes. The Associate will report to the Manager, CPD under the Facilities and Administration Department.

• Contribute to shaping and implementing end-to-end procurement processes within a specialized area, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Provide advice on procurement matters, contributing to the optimization of processes and adherence to AIIB's core values.
• Support the development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance cost effectiveness and quality.
• Coordinate with various internal and external clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand and adapt procurement services to meet their specific needs. Collaborate with external stakeholders based on agreed plans, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring effective communication.
• Contribute to the implementation of e-procurement systems, overseeing daily operations, and recommending areas for enhancements.
• Effectively manage procurement processes for goods, works, consulting services (firms and individuals), and general services.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a large financial institution or a similar organization.
• University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, law, or other relevant areas.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge and experience of international procurement practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
• CIPS or other professional procurement certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with e-procurement and sourcing systems is an advantage.
