유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 후원자 데이터 모니터링 파트타임 직원을 모집합니다.

I. 업무개요  

유엔난민기구 한국대표부 민간파트너십팀의 후원자 데이터를 모니터링 합니다.

II. 근무조건

- 근무지: 유엔난민기구 한국대표부 서울 사무소 (서울시 중구 무교로6, 금세기빌딩 7층)

- 근무시간: 주 5일 (월~금), 9:00~13:00 또는 14:00~18:00 (4시간 근무, 오전/오후 협의 가능)

III. 담당업무

- 금융결제원으로 전송되는 후원자 파일이 규정에 알맞게 기재 또는 녹취 되어있는지 확인

- 담당 업무 내용에 대해 일일 보고

- 후원 서비스 관련 요구되는 행정 업무 지원

IV. 응시자격 

- 고등학교 졸업 혹은 고등학교 졸업과 동등한 자격의 소유자

- 신입/경력 무관

- 후원자의 개인 정보를 안전하고 정확하게 다룰 수 있는 자

V. 계약 기간

업무 성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

VI. 채용 일정

1. 서류 접수: 2023년 3월 15일 ~2023년 3월 28일

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표: 2023년3월 29일~2023년 4월 4일

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2023년 4월 5일~2023년 4월 11일

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 2023년 4월 중  

5. 첫 출근 예정일:  5월 초

Vacancy Notice for Position of Donor Data Monitoring Clerk

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Donor Data Monitoring Clerk in line with the long-term growth plan of the private sector fundraising program.

I. Summary of Position   

- The Donor Data Monitoring Clerk will be responsible for monitoring and double-checking Donor Database System.

- This position is a part-time job, the incumbent’s working hours will be 5 days per week except on UN Official holidays, 4 hours per day.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the PSP IG Associate (Donor Retention and Development), the incumbent will perform the following duties:

•  Check if all the files contain all the necessary information in accordance with KFTC’s guidelines;

• Clarify illegible donor details with relevant staff;

• In case information on Donor Database is incorrect or requires further confirmation, fill out monitoring report excel sheet accordingly and deliver it to relevant staff in a timely manner; and

• Assist in performing other duties as required; such as uploading donor data

III. Required Qualifications  

- Minimum of a high school graduation or high school equivalent diploma

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of donor’s personal information;

- Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken)

IV. Duration of Contract 

Possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance

V. Recruitment Schedule
