유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 대면모금/홍보 담당직원을 모집합니다.

I.  업무개요 

대면모금/홍보 담당 직원은 난민을 위한 대면모금/홍보 프로그램과 서비스 에이전시를 관리하고, 새로운 성장 기회를 모색하는 역할을 수행합니다.

II.  담당업무 

다음과 같은 담당업무를 수행합니다:

1. 대면모금/홍보 프로그램의 전반적인 전략 기획 및 집행에 대한 지원 업무

2. 대면모금/홍보 서비스를 제공하는 에이전시와 생산적이고 전문적인 관계 형성

3. 대면모금/홍보 프로그램 에이전시와 효과적 협력 관계를 통한 효율성 및 성과 관리

4. 대면모금/홍보 프로그램 예산 관리 및 핵심 목표들의 달성 여부를 확인하고 구체적인 성과 분석 보고

5. 유엔난민기구와 난민 상황, 현장 캠페이너의 행동 강령에 대한 대면모금/홍보 활동가 교육

6. 대면모금/홍보 프로그램 확대와 성장을 위한 성과 분석, 보고 지원

7. 기타 필요 업무 수행  

III.  응시자격

1. 경영학, 경제학, 행정학, 국제협력 또는 커뮤니케이션 등 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자

2. 최소 1년 이상의 마케팅, 세일즈, 기금모금, 은행 등 관련 분야 경력 소지자

3. 해당 분야의 학사 학위가 없는 경우, 최소 2년 이상의 관련 분야 경력 소지자

4. 훌륭한 의사소통 능력

5. 원활한 대인 관계 능력

6. 분석능력, 의사 결정 및 업무 관리 능력

7. 우수한 듣기, 협상 및 프레젠테이션 기술

8. 여러 프로젝트를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력

9. 새로운 시스템을 신속하게 학습하고 효율성 향상을 만들어 낼 수 있는 능력

10. 영어와 한국어의 유창한 구사능력 (서면 및 구두)

IV.  계약기간

6개월 수습 기간 후 업무성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

V.  채용 일정

1. 서류 접수 : 2023년 4월 24일(월) - 5월 7일(일)

2. 서류전형 합격자 발표 : 2023년 5월 10일(수) - 5월 16일(화)

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트 : 2023년 5월 17일(수) - 5월 23일(화)

* 인터뷰 시, 테스트가 진행됩니다.     

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 6월 초

5. 첫 출근 예정일: 6월 중

Vacancy Notice for Position of Senior Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (F2F Agency)

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Senior Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (F2F Agency).

I.  Summary of Position

The Senior Private Sector Partnerships IG Assistant (F2F Agency) will be responsible for management of the face-to-face fundraising program and its service agencies as well as identifying new growth opportunities for the F2F Agency Program.

II.  Duties and Responsibilities 

The incumbent will perform the following duties:

1. Assist the Associate PSP IG Officer (ROK) in the implementation of the overall strategic plans for the F2F fundraising programs

2. Establish productive and professional relationships with Agencies which provide Face-to-Face (F2F) Fundraising services to UNHCR

3. Manage and monitor the Face-to-Face fundraising program through establishing professional partnership with cooperating F2F service agencies to ensure high performance through quality operation of F2F campaigns.

4. Manage the Face-to-Face fundraising program budget and provide the necessary assistance to help ensure key performance indicators are achieved for the F2F fundraising programs and ensure the provision of quality and timely reporting of results to the PSP Team and Senior Management

5. Ensure agency F2F fundraisers receive appropriate training about UNHCR issues and represent UNHCR in a professional manner.

6. Provide timely analytical reports for further program expansion and development.

7. Perform other duties as required.

III.  Required Qualifications

1. University degree in preferably business, marketing, public relations, economics, accounting, communication, human rights, international development or related fields

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience for BA or higher, or minimum 2 years of work experience for high school diploma preferably in fundraising, marketing, sales, banking and other relevant areas

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Strong interpersonal skills

5. Analytical, decision-making and management skills

6. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

7. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

8. Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency  

9. Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken)

IV. Duration of Contract

Six-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance

V. Recruitment Schedule

2. Notification of selected candidates: Wednesday, 10 May 2023 - Tuesday, 16 May 2023

3. Interview with tests: Wednesday, 17 May 2023 - Tuesday, 23 May 2023

4. Announcement of final selection: Early June

5. Scheduled first working date: Mid June
