Procurement Officer (Temporary)
The TCS is inviting qualified candidates to apply for the following position:

Job Description:
- Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased
- Review contracts and agreements
- Follow and enforce the TCS’s procurement policies and procedures according to the TCS internal regulation and financial guideline
- Monitor and manage finances with ERP system
- Financial month-end closing for credit card use
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors
- Manage official documents of the TCS
- Purchase goods and services for the TCS
Qualifications:
- Citizen of China, Japan, or the Republic of Korea
- University degree in accounting, statistics, finance, public administration, business administration, or other related studies
- English communication skills (official language of the TCS)
- Proficiency in Korean language (accounting language)
- Proficiency in Chinese and/or Japanese is an asset but not a requirement
- High-level computer literacy in standard Microsoft Office products (specific proficiency in Excel)
- Team player who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Employment Conditions:
- Starting date: June-July 2023
- Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea
- Working hours: full-time (weekdays, 09:00 - 18:00)
- Contract period: 7 months (including a three-month probation period)
- This position is not eligible for conversion to regular employment.
- Salary: 3.00M - 3.20M KRW/month (before tax)

- 25 full-paid annual leaves, 14 half-paid sick leaves per year (prorated based on number of months employed)
